Boutique Resort ‘’Hill Top Boosa’’ is situated in the Southern province of Sri Lanka. Near Galle and only 2 hours drive from Colombo airport (BIA). We have owned this elevated 5 acre coconut and cinnamon plantation since 2006.

The main feature of this property is the 460 sqm owner's villa which has two well appointed 35 sqm guest rooms with their own independent entrances. The 10x5 m salt water infinity swimming pool and two additional 52 sqm guest rooms adjoining the pool sundeck. In the last 10 years we have developed it into what it is today, a tranquil paradise with lots of flora and fauna for guest to explore and enjoy. This large 460sqm beautiful private villa has 4 large well-appointed guest rooms, each with it's independent entrance. 2 Rooms of 35Sqm each are attached to the main villa.

The other 2 rooms of 52squm each are next to the pool. For your enjoyment we have a 10x5m salt water infinity swimming pool with sun deck on which you can relax. The water temperature is a pleasant 26^oC all year around.
